| Thao Suranari Park is located in Ban Nong Sarai,Pak Chong,Nakhon Ratchasima,northeastern Thailand.Thao SuranariLady Mo or Ya Mo was the wife of the deputy governor of Nakhon Ratchasima Korat,the stronghold of Siamese control over its Laotian vassals.Her courageous acts against the invading of Vientiane King Anouvong in 1826 were recognized.She was said to have heroically led the people of Korat in opposition to an invasion by the Laotians. |
