The Tateyama Ropeway is an elevated ropeway in Japan operated by Tateyama Kurobe Nomitsu and runs between Daikanmine Station and Kurobedaira Station. This line adopts a pillar-less design according to local conditions and does not have any pillars along the way. It is the longest reciprocating ropeway in Japan and one of the routes that constitute the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route. The Tateyama Elevated Ropeway, Kurobe Cable Car, Tateyama Tunnel Trolley Bus and other vehicles belong to the railway and are regulated by the Railway Business Act.
