| This is the new panorama bridge in the Swiss alps, above the lake of Thun. It is known as the supension bridge Spissibach Leissingen. Leissingen is a small village located a further down towards the lake of Thun. The bridge was built in only 8 weeks time. It weighs 35 tons and is 140 m long. The hight above the valley measures 60 meters. It was built in 2012 for pedestrians and walkers who love to see a beautiful panorama of the lake Thun from above. |
