Minya Konka is the main peak of the Great Snow Mountain in the Hengduan Mountains. Located between Kangding City, Luding County, Jiulong County, and Shimian County in Ya'an City, Garze Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. The Tibetan word 'gong' means ice and snow, while 'ga' means white, meaning white iceberg. The main peak of Gongga Mountain, with an elevation of 7508.9 meters, is the highest peak in Sichuan Province and is known as the "King of Shu Mountains". It is one of the mountains with the largest elevation difference in the world, surrounded by 45 peaks at an altitude of 6000 meters.
