Tintagel Castle is located on a peninsula on the west coast of Cornwall, not far from the village of Tintagel. Steep entrances and exits lead to it, it is connected to the mainland only by a narrow tongue of land. In legend it is connected with the procreation of the mythical king Arthur. This photo shows a stone wall, which protects the visitor from the cliff. |
