This was the third Capitol of Kentucky, it was designed by Gideon Shryock, it is an example of Greek Revival architecture, and was constructed in 1837. This structure was added to the National Register of Historic Places and declared a National Landmark on March 11, 1971. This picture was taken on June 3, 2017.
