This Siproeta stelens species butterfly is on a palm roof. It is a neotropical butterfly from Nymphalidae family. Palm roofs are tipical in forest cabins in Petén department, northern Guatemala. We can perfectly appreciate the proboscis. This beautiful and common butterfly was observed near Cerro Cahuí Protected Biotope, Petén department, northern Guatemala.
