| Shipley Tor is not as easy to get to as it first seems. It is close to Shipley Bridge car park, but all the land on the East side of the Avon is private, forcing you to walk up the Avon Dam access road to the next bridge, then double back down the opposite side of the river. The views to the south are worth it though, as are the views up the Avon valley |
