At the 3,300-meter peak in the middle section of the Gaoligong Mountains, there is a huge natural hole made of marble erosion. The hole is 100 meters deep, about 40 meters wide, and about 60 meters high. Starting from Liuku, the capital of Nujiang Lisu Autonomous Prefecture in Yunnan Province, and going north along the Nujiang River, you can see this stone cave that "locks the clouds and penetrates the sky" from hundreds of miles away. It has a nice name - Stone Moon, and is one of the wonders of the Nujiang Grand Canyon.Viewed from a distance, looking through the stone cave at the bright sky on the other side of the mountain, it looks like a bright moon hanging high in the mountains and forests, integrating with the heaven and earth, never setting day and night. There is a huge white marble hanging rock to the north of the hole, which can reflect the light of the sun and moon into the hole, making the stone moon shine brightly. Sometimes the sun and the moon go together, and sometimes the two moons rival each other. Its uncanny workmanship is breathtaking. The local Lisu people call it "Yahaba", which is translated into Chinese as "Stone Moon".
