Shimei Bay is located in the south of Xinglong Overseas Chinese Farm in Wanning City, Hainan Province, 12 kilometers away from Hainan Xinglong Overseas Chinese Tourist Economic Zone. The east longitude is 110.5 degrees and the north latitude is 18.5 degrees. The geographical location of Shimei Bay and the central role of transportation and communication have established its position as the tourist center of the southeastern coastline of Hainan Province.
The area of 30 square kilometers centered on Shimei Bay includes Hainan Xinglong Qiaoxiang National Forest Park, Xinglong Hot Spring, Xinglong Tropical Garden, Xinglong Tropical Botanical Garden, Sun River, Shenzhou Peninsula, Dazhou Island, Riyuewan, Wanning First Aote Les, Xinglong National Greenway, Yongfan Huahai, Xinglong Triangle Mei Park, Yangmei Bay and other tourist areas that have been developed and to be developed. Hainan`s east-east optical fiber communication system vision is also ranked as the central station.
