| Taliesin West is Frank Lloyd Wright"s "desert masterpiece" - his personal winter home,studio,and architectural campus. It is located in the Sonoran desert at the foothills of the McDowell Mountains in northeast Scottsdale,near Phoenix,Arizona. The campus is adorned wih many sculptures - prominent the ones of Heloise Cristo (1926 - 2018). This one is a cast bronze sculpture called "Presence of Mind" (2008). |
