| Schachen Haus on Mount Schachen. It was built by Bavaria's last eccentric king Ludwig II (of Neuschwanstein fame). It stands on top of a mountain at about 2000m (ca. 6000 ft.) in the Bavarian Alps. It was used for both hunting and the king's famous parties. |
