Sabz Burj means green dome. As a part of restoration work, the dome has become blue. Because of the blue color, it is also known as Neeli Chhatri. It is located just outside the Humayun's Tomb on the on the Mathura Road traffic circle. It is said that it was built sometime in the 16th century.
