| The Rome Observatory or Osservatorio Astronomico di Roma at the Campo Imperatore is one of twelve Astronomical Observatories in Italy. The Campo Imperatore station is located in the mountains of L'Aquila, roughly 115 kilometres northeast of Rome. The Campo Imperatore Near-Earth Object Survey (CINEOS) operates there. |
