Brestova River is a river in northeastern Bulgaria, Shoumen District - Smyadovo Municipality, a right tributary of the Golyama Kamchia River. Its length is 31 km. The Brestova River originates under the name Byala Reka from the central part of the Varbishka Mountain. The river is fed by rain and snow with maximum runoff in March and minimum - September-October. Only the village of Veselinovo is located along the Brestova River in the Municipality of Smyadovo.
