JAXA organised an open-house on the 16th of October 2010 which enables visit to the organisation's facilities by the public. This picture shows the public relation activity organised by JAXA for school children. The rocket was propelled by water and air pressure and the picture shows that JAXA staff helps to pour water into the rocket for the participant.
