| As you travel along the Roaring Fork Motor trail in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Visitors will see Jim Bales and his brother Ephraim inherited farm land from their father, Caleb Bates. Jim live here mush of his life and was married to Emma Ogle. In 1930 the National Park system took control of the lands. Now part of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. |
