| The Rainbow Basslet is a stunning and super colorful basslet from the Eastern Pacific. Rainbow Basslets have a mostly red body with a strong black central horizontal stripe and other brilliant yellow horizontal stripes. This species is endemic to the Eastern Pacific, and is found from the central Gulf of California to northern Peru, including the Clipperton, Cocos, Malpelo and the Galapagos Islands.
