| Facade of the Sanctuary of the Virgin of Puiggracios belonging to the municipality of Ametlla. In 1701 the procedures for the construction of the Sanctuary began very near where, according to the legend, the image of the Virgin was found. In 1711 it was opened to worship and in 1737 the altarpiece of the main altar was already finished. The date of the chamber`s construction is not known, but there is evidence of existence in 1771, the building was destroyed during the spanish civil war in 1936 and restored in 1936. |
