The height of the castle wall is 14 meters and the castle building is in the shape of an irregular polygon. The building is very strong and has walls with a diameter of 3.5 meters with several towers 12 meters high. The castle facilities include weapons depots, a water reservoir pond and rooms with a crescent roof. During the reign of Shah Abbas, when the Portuguese colonization in Iran was over, this fort was conquered by Imam Qoli Khan, one of Shah Abbas` commanders.
