| Christ Church Cathedral is located on Ross road. It is the southernmost Anglican Cathedral in the world, consecrated in 1892. It is a parish Church of the Falkland Islands, South Georgia and the British Antarctic territories. Next to it is a whale triumphal arch made of two blue whale jaws. The Cathedral also houses a Museum and memorial plaques in memory of Falklands soldiers who died fighting in the world wars. |
