Pictured is the framed information panel for 'Kansas Women Work for Justice' by KT Walsh in Topeka, Kansas. This mural depicts three interconnected generations of Kansas women who have all worked tirelessly for social justice. We see women who have inspired us like, Wellsville artist, Elizabeth 'Grandma' Layton, Lutie A. Lytle, Potawatomi Chairwoman Minnie Evans, Gloria Corona, State Representative Ponka-We Victors, artist Nedra Bonds and civil rights activist Stephanie Mott. This mural is one of many panels on the Great Mural Wall of Topeka located just west of the Kansas Expocenter at the intersection of 20th and Western.
