| This is a spring picture of the historic Pettit Memorial Chapel located in Belvedere, Illinois in Boone County. This example of Prairie Style architecture was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, it is the only designed structure for a cemetery, it was built in 1907. This structure was added to the National Register of Historic Places on December 1, 1978. This picture was taken on May 29, 2020. |
