| Pelisor is a small castle built in the park Peles Castle in Sinaia, Prahova Valley. Built between 1899 and 1902 by the Czech architect Karel Liman and decorated by the Viennese artist Ludwig Bernhardt, becomes Pelisor since 1903 summer residence of Prince. The castle was built in the will of King Carol I, the residence of Prince Ferdinand and Maria. Pelisor has only 99 rooms, from Peles Castle which has 160 rooms. The whole house was decorated to be a royal residence and carries the strong personalities of Queen Mary. |
