In the middle flows the River ââ¬â Third room of Palazzo Braschi today Museum of Rome, Italy. The third room of the second floor is dedicated to the landscape views of Rome between sixteen and eighteen century and its image of a country city dominated by the river Tiber and the impressive monuments of a great past. Located in the heart of Renaissance Rome, between Piazza Navona and Corso Vittorio Emanuele II Palazzo Braschi was the last palace builded for a nephew of a pope, Pius VII, in 18th century. From 1952 it houses the Museum of Rome that conserves examples of art, history and culture of the city, as well as the memory of the urban changes and those parts that were lost or disappeared in time.
