BAIETAN GBA ART CENTER is located at the intersection of the three rivers along the White Goose Pond in Liwan District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province. It is a major landmark public cultural facility integrating Guangdong Art Museum, Guangdong Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum, and Guangdong Literature Museum. Designed by the team led by Academician He Jingtang of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, it has a total construction area of more than 140000 square meters, and a total exhibition area of 40000 square meters. It looks like a ship docked on the the Pearl River, implying that a giant ship full of Lingnan cultural and artistic treasure boxes is about to set sail.On April 28, 2024, BAIETAN GBA ART Center was officially launched and opened to the public on May 1.
