An historic textured wooden door in Cefalu, Sicily, Italy. Weathered vertical planks with a smaller wicket or judas door within it, which has a small floral rosette carved into the wooden rail above it. Heavy robust iron strap hinges connect it to a massive rough-hewn stone pillar with a pitted worn surface. The entrance is paved with traditional cobblestones. Shadowy background
