| Old Synagogue in Pinczow - a former synagogue located in Pinczow at 8 Klasztorna Street, in the center of the former Jewish district. It is currently one of the oldest synagogues in Poland and the oldest one where all rooms form a uniform, compact block covered with a common roof. The synagogue was built in the years 1594â1609 with the permission of the Grand Marshal of the Crown, Zygmunt Gonzaga Myszkowski. The designer of the synagogue was most likely Santi Gucci, an architect from Florence. Sunny day in May 2023, green grass in the foreground. Horisontal composition. |
