| The Mission of San Xavier del Bac was first founded in 1692 on the Tohono O'odham Nation San Xavier Indian Reservation south of Tucson, though the present church was completed in 1797. It is one of the finest examples of Spanish mission architecture in the Southwest, Southern Arizona, USA. |
