Tor Tor Sipitu Sawan is one type of dance tor tor originating from Toba Batak culture in North Sumatra. This dance is usually performed by female dancers with bringing some bowls placed in the body section as characteristic and properties for dancing. Dance of Tor Tor Sipitu Sawan displayed as media self-cleansing and put away from bad things and evil. Therefore also this dance is considered sacred and Holy. This dance usually only displayed on special occasions only, such as the inaugural King of custom, rituals, and various other sacred event.
