The Soca River near Kal-Koritnica in the Bovec municipality of the Primorska or Littoral region, north west Slovenia. This Alpine river flows from the Trenta Valley in the Julian Alps, entering Italy where it is known as the Isonzo, finishing in the Adriatic Sea. Part of the Triglav National Park
