| The prayer hall of Shah Nematollah Vali Shrine, interior and ceiling. The shrine complex comprises four courtyards, a reflecting pool, a mosque and twin minarets covered with colour but mainly turquoise tiles from the bottom up to the cupola. The construction work started under ruling of Ahmed I Vali and continued during Shah Abbas I era and also Qajar. Era. The complex is also famous for its tilework and seven ancient wooden doors. |
