Ever since Donald Tramp re-stole the election and has been installing an authoritarian fascist regime, a growing number of diverse people have been coming out all across America and loudly but peacefully expressing their opposition to the current state of affairs. From immigrants suddenly being rounded up and deported without due process to large universities having their federal fundings suddenly being cut off, from Freedom of Speech to Freedom of the Press all being illegally under attack by the federal government, people are coming out by the millions to express their fears and concerns for what is now happening and what is about to happen. Woman's rights and the LGBQT rights are now under attack in this country like never before. People who have been protesting since the 1960's Civil Rights movement are now back out in the streets, and now with their children and grandchildren. This In The Name of Humanity march drew a crowd of about a thousand participants to Union Square and marched the two miles to Pier 39 marching right through the Stockton Tunnel into Chinatown, across to North Beach and down to Pier 39, for a very peaceful march most enjoyed on 19 April 2025.
