| This lighthouse is on a southernmost headland, 300 ft above the sea. Overlooking England, the isle of Man and Ireland, this building has operated since 1830. It was demanned in 1988, and is now automatic, operated from Edinburgh. Seen here on a beautiful summers day evening, at dusk, as the lamp lit. |
