| Mount Gorbea in Basque: Gorbeia is the highest summit of the mountainous massif of the same name, located in the Basque mountains, between the provinces of ÃÂlava and Vizcaya, in the Basque Country Spain. It has an altitude of 1482 meters above sea level and its summit has been crowned since 1899 by a metallic cross, of which there have been different versions. The current one is 17.23 meters high. It is a traditional point of reference of the Basque mountaineering and heart of the Gorbea Natural Park. |
