Visitors can hire a trip on a motor boat along the Julma Ãlkky canyon. There are some ancient rock paintings that can be seen only from a boat. The Julma Ãlkky Nationalpark is located in central eastern Finland. It is situated around the Julma Ãlkky canyon. The boat is approaching the suspension bridge which is crossing the Julma Ãlkky canyon. Hikers can enjoy the beautiful scenery and by crossing the canyon via the bridge they can short cut the hiking trail that runs around the canyon for a total length of about 10 km. The weather is sunny. Rocks and boreal forest are on both shores. Photographed in summer in Finland.
