| The World Clock Fountain is famous for the fact that the dome makes one revolution per day and on the fixed dial around the dome you can always find out the time in the city selected on the fountain dome. The building on the left is Zholtovsky house. It was the US Embassy from 1934 to 1953. Then the building belonged to ââ¬ÅIntouristââ¬Â Tourist Association. Currently, the building houses the head office of the Russian investment company Sistema. On the right is the famous `National` hotel. Under the square is the shopping complex `Okhotny Ryad`. |
