The park was built from 1900 to 1914 with the design assigned by Eusebi Guell to the renowned architect and face of Catalan modernism, Antoni Gaudi. It opened officially as a public park in 1926 and in 1984 was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site under `Works of Antoni Gaudi`. |
