| Pictured is a bronze relief of Monty & Tex Moncrief by Dan D. Brook in the Founder`s Plaza of Texas Christian University in Fort Worth. It was completed in 2012. Tex and his father Monty were legendary oil men and philanthropists. Tex and his father Montyââ¬â¢s long support of the TCU Frogs and endowment of numerous buildings on the TCU campus is well known. Tex died at the age of 101 on December 29th, 2021. |
