Erin Nomura competes at the 2014 NPC Universe Championships in Teaneck, New Jersey. The two-day contest, consisting of pre-judging and finals was held July 4th and 5th, 2014. Winners and runners-up were awarded professional cards. Events are judged body size, definition, symmetry and presentation. The competitions were: men’s bodybuilding and physique and women’s physique, fitness, figure, and bikini. In addition to Open categories, Masters groups were contested by men in Over-50, Over-40, and Over-35 year-old classes while women’s were co in Over-40 and Over-35 groups when applicable. Another differentiation occurred by height classes. Momura won first place in Fitness: Open B Class.
