| This is a picture of the M24 Chaffee on display at Cantigny Park located in Winfield, Illinois in DuPage County. The M24 arrived on the World War II battlefields in mid-1944, it was used primarily for reconnaissance and infantry support. The M24 would also see action in the Korean War. This tank used a two man crew and had a top speed up to 35 mph. This picture was taken on March 1, 2018. |
