| This is a Summer picture of the Historic Michigan City Breakwater Lighthouse with waves crashing on the concrete pier walkway on Lake Michigan located in Michigan City, Indiana in LaPorte County. The steel and brick structure features a 49-foot tall octagonal tower on a Fog Signal Building built in 1904. This lighthouse was added to the National Register of Historic Places on February 17, 1988. This picture was taken on July 6, 2019. |
