| Defense clock tower of the fortified church in Homorod, Brasov county Romania. The tower has a defensive role against the invaders. The church has been built by the saxons around end of the XIII century, at first being just a small church having a wooden roof, the expansion of the church starting only in 1500. Nowadays it's preserved as historical monument at it is often visited by turists. The top view from the church offers a realy vast panorama - 360 degrees as it is the tallest building in the area. |
