The first town hall in KeÃÂ¾marok stood on one of the oldest streets in KeÃÂ¾marok - on the Old Market. In its middle he built in 1461 Juraj from SpiÃÂ¡skÃÂ¡ Sobota new Gothic town hall. After a big fire, the town hall was in 1541 - 1555 rebuilt by the master Kuntz from KeÃÂ¾marok into a Renaissance form. In 1641, under the mayor Sigismund Moes, a tower was added to the town hall. According to the period description of Juraj BohuÃÂ¡ from r. 1720 Ã¢â¬ÅThe town hall is finished with a battlement, the coat of arms of the city and the image of justice are painted on the south side. The tower is also decorated with ant inscriptions. During the markets, lead drums are beaten on the tower and the city trumpet player wins here ... ` In r.
