Meat usually lamb or chicken is marinated with blend of spices and fresh yogurt or curd. It is then slow cooked in an oven depending upon the meat. Fahum is an Arabic word for coal and the name comes from this word. Al Faham is basically the Arabian barbecued chicken usually grilled over coal or in oven. |
