Chasozvonya is a clock tower in Novgorod fortress Detinets,or kremlin. In the upper part of the clock tower there are 4 dials oriented approximately to the cardinal points, connected by a single clock mechanism. Until recently, every hour and half an hour they beat off with the blows of a small bell for 60 pounds. The bell was cast in 1647.
