This picture is face of the Puja Pandal. The craftsmanship is worth praise. This happens in the month of November . Diwali celebration in India goes on during this time. In the same city about 15 such pendals are made with different models. At the end of the celebration all the 15 idols of goddess Kali is brought to a big open space where all the citizens of the city and nearby villages gather. Every year about 0.2 million people participate in the celebration. This is happening since about 30 years at this place Jajpur, Odisha
