“Adobong Isaw Ng Baboy” or Pork Intestine Adobo is a spicy and sour appetizer, with a hint of bitterness that is cooked in soy sauce, vinegar, pepper, chilli, salt and sugar. The gizzards are first cleaned thoroughly, pre-boiled to thicken the juices inside, cut into smaller pieces and braised with onions and garlic to remove the foul smell and unpleasant taste. The dish is easy to prepare and also known as “Kinupusan”, “Ginhawaan”, “Tero-Tero” and “Tinai Sa Baboy”
