More than 24 million people had the right to vote on Friday 08-10-2021, and today, Sunday 10-10-2021, more than 24 million people had the right to vote, but only 19 per cent of the people participated in the vote until 12:00 p.m. today, according to the IHEC`s official statistics. In southern Kurdistan, the highest turnout in Kirkuk and Duhok was 22 per cent, with 21 per cent in Erbil and 16 per cent in Sulaimaniyah. The lowest turnout in all of Iraq was in Baghdad`s Rasafa section, which is 10 per cent, and the highest in Salahaddin, which is 27 per cent.
