Green-spored parasol (Chlorophyllum molybdites) also known as false parasol, green-spored lepiota and vomiter is a widespread mushroom. It is a poisonous and produces severe gastrointestinal symptoms of vomiting and diarrhea if eaten. It’s a large size mushroom and normally found near human habitation. Its cap has a flattened top and is whitish in colour with coarse brownish scales. The gills are free and white, usually turning dark and green with maturity. It has a rare green spore print.
